It is no secret that glamour magazines and the majority of popular entertainment sources touch up photos to make celebrities look better or worse than they actually are. Many do not approve of this because even after knowing about Photoshop touch ups people mainly women, strive to match the digitized bodies seen in the media and it is just not possible. There is new website (Jezebel) out that is gaining media attention for uncovering such Photoshop misdeeds seen on magazines like Vogue, TV Guide and Glamour.
In a recent Jezebel posting an Oprah magazine cover shoot was attacked and it is easy after looking at the picture above to tell why. While the Oprah Winfrey Show shoot took place in 1989 it is apparent that her head was placed on another body. It is funny how far photo manipulation has come. I wonder if anyone believed this photo was real when it came out. Apparently, the body used for the Oprah magazine cover was of Ann-Margaret. This may be the real “Oprah the Secret” people should be talking about.
